Fitness Court brings new exercise option to Spring Lake Park

TEXARKANA, Texas — Spring Lake Park is giving a bump to train with a brand new Health Courtroom.

The court docket, which town permitted in October, was put in Wednesday. It options seven stations — core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility and bend.

Funding for set up included $50,000 grants from the Nationwide Health Marketing campaign and Southwestern Electrical Energy Co. and $67,350 from town’s parks capital enchancment fund.
