Exercise torpedo found off coast of Dana Point

Authorities positioned a U.S. Navy train torpedo off the coast of Dana Level on Monday after they had been alerted by a leisure boater who first noticed the thing. A consultant mentioned that the machine has no explosives or propulsion system inside.
