The Indian Air Power will take part in a month-long tactical management programme at Egyptian Air Power Weapon College in Cairo. Three Su-30MKI plane, two C-17 plane and 57 IAF personnel, are in Cairo for the train that began as we speak and ends on July 22.
The train will simulate varied battle eventualities. The train is geared toward enhancing defence cooperation between the 2 nations and trade of greatest practices. Just like the IAF, the Egyptian Air pressure too has a blended stock of Russian-origin and US-origin planes.
